Kryten's Sheriff Badge [Series VI]

Jumping the space weevil already, but just wanted to give a mention of this brass badge, which I picked-up from a US-based seller six years ago, whilst searching for the Federal Marshal pin. But why pick this one up when it's not screen-accurate, I hear you shouting, even from here? Well, that's because this particular adornment is seen during one episode... just not on Lister's jacket.

This is the same style badge as worn by Kryten, or to give his full name, Robert 2X4B-523P Llewellyn, during his Armageddon Virus-fuelled fever dream, in the Emmy-award winning episode, Gunmen of the Apocalypse.

Ironically, we first see Sheriff Kryten emerging from Laredo's Town Marshal's office. What a goof! Unless, he was merely visiting the town's Marshal. Or, had recently taken over the position, and the sign hadn't been changed yet. Or, it was simply too long since his head had last been sent back to the lab for retuning. Okay, that's enough speculat'n from me - not least when I should be prospect'n for my collect'n, fine sirs.
