Brookhaven Town Public Safety Patch [Series V]

The Brookhaven Town Public Safety "Code Enforcement" patch can be found on Lister's long leathers - specifically, on his screen-right breast, beneath the NASA STS-51L patch, during Terrorform; which I believe is the only Series V episode in which the costume appears.

Located in New York, it appears the town of Brookhaven has/had a number of similar patches, including an almost identical one for the Fire Marshal. But, it's definitely "Code Enforcement" for this one. As I was reminded on Twitter, this disappears before the coat's next/last appearance in, Epideme; in fact, going by its notably plainer hide, it appears as though most of the patches have fallen-off by Series VII.
