Lady Luck Patch [Series X-The Promised Land]

Frustratingly, I've not yet been able to find out much concerning the origins of this patch. There seem to be a few different versions available, mostly with alterations in manufacture as opposed to design.

Found on the screen-right breast of Lister's New Leather Jacket from Series X-onwards, it depicts a classic, blonde bombshell with an oversized four leaf clover in her hair, above a rolling white banner bearing the eponymous slogan - and two red dice, which look to coming to the end of a crucial roll. Assuming they're about to stop, they're about to land on a three and a one. Which, if you're anywhere as cool as me, is most definitely worth jotting down in your Risk campaign book.
